Medical center with very good with a wide range of diagnosis, treatment and outpatient services. The premises are well maintained and customer service is good. Most of the nurses and admin staff at the desks are polite and efficient. Medical faculty include experienced surgeons, doctors and other practitioners, many with extensive experience. There is a very good cafe right at the entrance - Bata Furai. We love their light breakfast menu - tasty and reasonably priced. Limited parking is available in the hospital premises but there’s a parking lot adjacent to it (at time of review, this is free parking).

My first time went there. Hospital are so beautiful inside. Treatment are Excellent. So nice with all the conveniences. But the parking, parking inside was full. Outside, the police traffic was waiting, a few cars got tickets. Asked for helped from the guard if any parking available for a short time because I want to send an item to the patient inside only. It is also my first time there. Guards at the gate and front door were so Rude. Until I met guard at the parking. He helped me a lot. Thank you for the helped. That really messed up my experiences at the hospital. Wasting time.

My daughter was admitted under Dr. Yogeetha ENT. She is such a sweet dr. Very nice and clear in her explanation. I was just not happy with the room condition when we walked in. It was a single room n the toilet seat was full of pee. Let the nurse know n the cleaners came to clean it. I don't feel the cleaners there do their job well even when I was there the cleaning process was not good.Please look into it. N the cupboard door in the room was also broken.

Hi ,sorry to say... this hospital is having a bad management and service. I have admitted due to influenza A having high fever and difficult in breath. First at emergency the Dr is great diagnose i effect with influenza A positive and that was fast move in emergency but the which make me disspointed when send patient to admission counter why not you guy's(nurse attd) guide them with proper manner. I warded at lily ward Room L3 VERY VERY POOR facility, the toilet flush not working , the sink stuck once use..The nurse's management was very very bad service , i also don't know they really studied for nursing or how..very bad experience i had OMG!!!!!! Treat a patient nurse's have willing to do with smile, this like showing of face like, 2nd admitted i had difficult in breathing at nite suddenly and i told them to give me the nap actually its time for me to get nap every 4hours but they delay so when i said and ask them they like came with pressure machine and giving me fever medicine, i was like,,,,,,,$$$$%%%%%### . No any fast move and action The food service...morning breakfast i receiving at 11clk.. the food with no any gravy and cold how a patient can eat ..We are paying the bill's guys pls provide us a proper service. Another thing they brought me to scanning (check my lungs) a nurse brought me ,once finish going back to room waiting for the nurse get me back for 30minute at last they ask me to go walk alone to ward. I dont understand what nurse service u having...But the Dr treat me she was very good and super..she give me proper meditation and take care me well.. Pls try to upgrade ur management ....

Dear Mawar Tesm, Recently i have admitted my sister due to Influenza A. Before we bring her in we called and ask whether they have enough bed or not. They mentioned yes but when we arrive there is no bed and need to wait till 6 pm to get her admitted. The Dr at the Emergency department did a preety good diagnosis and treat her well. The lily ward- We found the lily ward staff are barely meeting patient expectations. On saturday 10.00 am till 10.00 pm there was no nurse monitor my sister blood pressure and body temperature. I leave her in morning and come back at night found that she was having fever and there was no nurse monitoring it. I called nurse and informed the drip is not function and she mentioned that she will do flushing. However the nurse never come back. We waited for night shift nurse to adjust. 90 % nurses are not responsive. The discharge - The dr discharge at 10.00 am and till 1.00 pm no response from ward. So went down ask the counter and then they proceedwith discharge. I waited 3 hours for nothing. The food is super bad. On saturday night they serve fried chicken with cabbage without gravy. I dont understand how patient can eat it. Sunday morning they provide fried noodles with 1 slice of cucumber and tomato. No protein at all. Such a poor nutritional planning. Drs are good but very poor management. Seriously. This is not gh its private and we re paying.
